Shared Value as part of corporate sustainability
The Shared Value of Sanpellegrino (only the Italian market considered) is around €2,5 billion, equivalent to 0.13% of the Italian GDP. The industry ensures €918 million in taxes, 0.2% of total Italian tax revenues, and €756 million in wages and contributions. The Group helps to the creation of almost 44,000 jobs in Italy: 1 worker in the Group corresponds to 29 in the Country. Wealth created (around 96%) is distributed out of the company and it is divided among workers, and other companies in the supply chain. The Sanpellegrino Group has close relations with the territory through its national production sites.
